About the Role Reporting to the project head, you can expect your major responsibilities to be the followings: You will be involving in delivering the commercial QS services, including but not limited to review and prepare contract documents, commercial estimates, budgeting, claims, financial reports throughout project construction stagesCoordinate and communicate with internal or external stakeholders, including project team members, government authorities, QS consultants, contractors, vendors, etc.Involve in the procurement including but not limited to strategy formation, pricing negotiation, vettingPlay a supportive role to the project team to ensure the project is completed in a quality and timely manner as well as within the budget About the Requirement Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; professional qualification is preferred but not compulsoryAround 8-20 years of experience in handling pre and post- contract E&M QS worksExperience working for local MTR / railway / tunnel projects (construction or signalling) is a bonus Experience in handling QS commercial and contracts matters is requiredGood communication skills and excellent commercial sense.
