Develop and maintain annual departmental budgets. Review, monitor, and evaluate budgets and financial data of all areas supervised. Control and authorize expenditures in accordance with authorized parameters. Oversee custodial contracts and off-site clinic maintenance contract arranging for the services of outside contractors as needed. Assist in the selection, assignment, scheduling, training, discipline and evaluation of maintenance staff and direct reports. Assure that all related functions comply with all applicable laws, codes, ordinances, regulations, policies, and procedures.
