- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies for high-end residential and commercial developments. This includes setting sales targets, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of on-site sales agents to ensure they are well-trained, knowledgeable about the projects, and consistently meet sales goals.
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of each development's unique selling points, including design, location, amenities, and market positioning.
- Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation and show flat viewings to contract negotiation and final deal closing; managing the sales documentation and legal processes.
- Staying abreast of the latest market trends, competitor activities, and government policies in the Hong Kong property market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents and potential buyers.
skills & experiences required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field is highly preferred.
- Member of HKIS/RICS will be an advantaged
- Member of EAA is a MUST
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in real estate sales
- In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong property market, including knowledge of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance, market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command in Chinese and English
