You will join the International Management team within the International Banking Group, reporting locally to the Country CEO for Hong Kong and functionally to the East Asia Business Intelligence & Planning Team Lead. You will work closely with cross-functional business heads, project managers, and operational teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
about the job.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis on key business initiatives and strategies to support executive decision-making.
- Support senior management on long-term strategy development, client sector analysis, and strategic papers for the Hong Kong Branch.
- Co-ordinate key project workstreams, including major office relocations, core banking system implementations, and change management initiatives.
- Track project progress, maintain risk/issue logs, and prepare status reports to ensure strong project governance.
- Co-ordinate high-profile strategic events, including AFF, branch opening ceremonies, and client engagement events.
- Monitor branch governance requirements, including audit remediation, product/policy updates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Produce high-quality marketing materials, executive presentations, and strategic engagement collateral.
skills & experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, project co-ordination, or business management support.
- Proven track record in supporting cross-functional change projects, system rollouts, or office relocation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently within tight deadlines.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage).
