Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aftersales policy servicing for a portfolio of existing life insurance clients with significant policy values.
- Process a variety of policy changes, endorsements, and updates with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is meticulously completed and secured with the correct authorized signatures.
- Serve as a key liaison, directly interacting with internal brokers and insurance company Case Management Teams to resolve queries and facilitate intricate policy administration.
- Address client inquiries regarding policy details, values, and administrative procedures, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records, adhering to strict internal protocols and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams and other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Who We Are Looking For
- Essential: Proven experience in life insurance policy servicing, aftersales support, or policy administration.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products and their administrative processes.
- Experience in a brokerage environment or with complex client cases is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients, brokers, and insurer partners.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
