A regional organisation is seeking a People Engagement & Culture Specialist to support a range of initiatives related to employee wellbeing, inclusion, recognition, and internal communications. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about driving a positive workplace culture, creating programs that enhance team morale, and promoting diversity and wellbeing across the organisation.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to roll out group-level programs that cultivate belonging, engagement, and resilience.

- Coordinate employee engagement programs, including annual surveys, pulse checks, and action planning
- Support the rollout of wellbeing and recognition initiatives, including events, campaigns, and toolkits for people managers
- Assist in developing inclusive workplace strategies, supporting internal events and DEI activations
- Track and report on engagement and wellbeing metrics to guide continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment across markets
- Contribute to internal branding efforts and communication materials promoting a positive team member experience
skills & experiences required.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, internal comms, or organisational development
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Data-savvy with the ability to interpret survey insights
- Passionate about wellbeing, recognition, and inclusion
- Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or large corporates is an advantage
