The People & Culture Business Partner team provides strategic support across the organization for all matters related to its people. This includes organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and the development of teams and leaders. Collaborating with the People and Culture Centers of Excellence, they partner with managers and employees to achieve business goals through innovative and thoughtful people-focused support.

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee records in HR systems.
Support P&C operations and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
Provide end-to-end administrative support to the Senior Director People & Culture, APAC, by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and managing travel expenses.
Handle the maintenance and updating of organization charts and benefits documentation.
Plan, coordinate, and execute annual P&C offsite events.
Offer general administrative support, which includes scheduling, record-keeping, and preparing letters and documents.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager and/or P&C Partners.
skills & experiences required.
A post-secondary diploma, degree, or certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, ideally in retail or other customer-focused industries.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, covering recruitment, employee relations, and data management.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a commitment to high accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple demands from various sources effectively.
- A strong customer service focus to meet the needs of both internal and external clients from an administrative standpoint.
- A passion for the entire people process and a high level of confidentiality.
