My client is a leading foreign bank and they are looking for a Payment Officer to support their finance department.

about the job.

Manage the end to end accounts payable cycle, ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, supplier payments and staff expense claims
Operate the Coupa procurement system for invoice management and execute payment through online banking platform
Handle bank reconciliation of suspense accounts, proactively inestigate and clearing those outstanding iterms in a timely manner
Support month end closing, handling preparation of prepayments, accruals and accounting for fee income
Assist in maintenance and update of company's fixed asset register
Provide support to the finance team for vaious financial and regulatory reporting requirements

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
With at least 3 years experience in an Account Payable, Payment Officer or finance operations in banking and financial institutions
Familiar with procurement system (Coupa) and corporate online banking platform is required
Proficient in MS office and excel
Excellent communications skills in English and Mandarin
Immediate available is preferred
