Key Responsibilities: Your Entrepreneurial Blueprint
As a Recruitment Consultant, you operate as a 360-degree business owner. You will be responsible for driving innovation in your market and maximising your earning potential by:
End-to-End Business Development: Function as an entrepreneur, responsible for developing, maintaining, and identifying potential new clients to grow your own lucrative portfolio and market niche.
Strategic Client Consultation: Go beyond simple order-taking. Consult with clients, analyse their complex needs, and design tailor-made, cutting-edge recruitment solutions.
Market Disruption & Innovation: Utilise an innovative mix of networking, advanced social selling techniques, and targeted cold calling to build and manage a premium candidate and client database.
Expert Positioning: Conduct deep-dive market mapping and continually develop specialised expertise within your line of service to become a trusted, go-to industry thought leader.
High-Stakes Negotiation: Take the lead on contract negotiation with clients, managing the full recruitment delivery process from initial contact to successful placement and follow-up.
Skills & Experience: What You Bring to the Table
1-5 years of professional experience is highly valued, particularly in a B2B Sales or high-stakes commercial environment. Prior recruitment experience is helpful but not essential — we hire for sales aptitude and drive.
Results-Obsessed: Proven ability to be target-driven and consistently exceed individual sales and business development goals.
Business Acumen: Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English are essential, coupled with a solid, professional business development acumen.
