Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for placements ranging from junior to middle management levels.
Develop and maintain a robust, up-to-date candidate database within your specialised vertical.
Deliver premium recruitment consultancy services to existing clients in partnership with the Hiring Manager.
Conduct comprehensive market mapping to build deep expertise within your line of service.
Contribute to overall team efficiency and support collective departmental goals.
Execute business development activities to expand Randstad’s market presence.

A University degree or higher education qualification in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior recruitment experience is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, sales or customer service is considered a distinct advantage.
Strong communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for business development.
Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential.
Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly desirable to effectively manage local and regional candidate portfolios.
