- Participate in achieving new business, by identifying and marketing to prospective clients across a broad range of industries within the HK market
- Research the competitive landscape and set key strategies for the positioning of Randstad’s service offering based on competitor understanding.
- Ensure account strategy is synergistic with corporate business goals and objectives and facilitates the development of senior relationships
- Follow up on any potential leads
- Ensure cross-selling activities across the different Randstad businesses are coordinated efficiently.
- Support team members' business development activities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance) to ensure proper communication of opco’s needs
- Owning and ensuring industry capability presentations are up to date
- Supporting good communications across the region – sharing materials, learning, strategic approaches to clients
- Knowledge & insight leadership for the industrial team and the region – Industry leadership
- Ensure marketing activities are planned for your clients
skills & experiences required.
- 3+ years of experience in either recruitment, sales or business development
- Experience in Business Development or Solution Sales
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural, matrix environment, with a track record in successful stakeholder management
- High analytical skills
