• Perform daily operational tasks related to the corporate network infrastructure, ensuring its performance, security, and availability.
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, with a strong emphasis on Cisco and Palo Alto technologies.
• Participate in vulnerability management processes, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating network vulnerabilities.
• Execute network patching cycles and upgrades to maintain system security and performance.
• Monitor network performance, security, and availability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Maintain and update network infrastructure documentation.
• Provide Tier 2/3 network support for Palo Alto, Cisco, SolarWinds, Splunk, internet, and cloud environments as needed.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing metrics and statistics related to security incidents and reporting to the team.

• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT Networking, preferably within the Finance industry.
• Proven hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, including networking and switching.
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and related security features.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and administration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues and perform low-level network performance analysis.
