Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales, productivity, and performance targets within set budgets and time lines.
- Develop and execute business plans, including customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, and presentations to meet objectives.
- Provide support for key accounts and hospital networks, including market access and referral networks.
- Maintain a deep understanding of priority products and the competitive landscape, enhancing knowledge of product strategy, positioning, and key messaging.
- Meet contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.
- Complete all reports accurately and on time.
- Address inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, following company procedures.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the Sales and Marketing team to achieve collective goals.
- Contribute to the effective use of promotional funds and assist in territory sales forecasting.
- Adhere to all adverse event guidelines and the Code of Conduct as established by Novartis, demonstrating appropriate behaviour in line with company practices.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Life Sciences related.
- Experience of health-care network will be a plus.
- Proactive attitude, problem solver and good communication skills
