- Produce fun, engaging short-form videos, photos, and copy tailored for students across Red, Instagram, WeChat, and LinkedIn.
- Post regularly, schedule content, and engage directly with prospective residents and followers across all channels.
- Help execute digital seasonal promotions and work with student ambassadors or micro-influencers (KOLs) to boost brand awareness.
- Track likes, shares, and lead inquiries to see what content resonates best with our audience.
- Design quick graphics and edit mobile videos using accessible design tools for daily online posts.
skills & experiences required.
- 1 year of hands-on digital marketing or social media experience (internship experience included).
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Daily user and creator on mainland social platforms (Red/Xiaohongshu) as well as global channels (Instagram).
- Comfortable using simple editing software like CapCut, Canva, or basic Photoshop/Premiere.
