Proposals and Pitching (Core Focus): Develop tailored pitch and proposal materials for Asia offices, including multi-practice global proposals, delivering a high-quality "first time working product".
Content and Data Management: Maintain the pitch content library , update website/intranet information , and ensure all proposal opportunities are tracked in the firm's CRM system.
Profile Raising & Communications: Coordinate legal directory submissions and industry award applications. Assist with thought leadership campaigns, client alerts, newsletters, and social media posts (including LinkedIn and WeChat).
Events and Research: Project manage small, medium, and large-scale client events (e.g., webinars, seminars, receptions). Conduct client/prospective client research and analysis.

Specialist/Coordinator Level: Minimum of two to three years of experience in preparing Business Development collateral, pitches, and RFP responses.
Senior Executive Level: At least 3 years in a marketing/business development role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
Mandatory Professional Experience: Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is required.
Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Bilingual Requirement: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential. Japanese proficiency is preferred for some roles.
Core Attributes: Highly resourceful, dynamic, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage a large workload under pressure.
