We are partnering with a prominent multinational corporation with extensive global operations. They are currently seeking a strategic and system-savvy HR professional to join their corporate HR team, taking ownership of their core HR systems.

- Act as the key steward for the in-house HR system and other related HR applications, ensuring their smooth operation, optimization, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive system enhancement and optimization projects to improve the efficiency and capability of global HR teams.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into functional system requirements and ensure proper configuration.
- Support and coordinate HR system-related projects, including rollout, user testing, and documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across all systems.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to HR users and employees on system usage.
- Ensure all HR systems comply with internal policies and external regulations, monitoring data privacy and security protocols.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations or HRIS management.
- Proven experience leading system implementation or transformation projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HR systems administration and enhancement projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
