On their behalf, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on C&B professional to join their regional HR team.This is a key role responsible for executing and enhancing the firm's reward strategy across the dynamic APAC region. Reporting to the Head of HR - APAC, you will act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership. You will implement and maintain a competitive reward framework that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent, directly contributing to the firm's success and culture.

- Strategic Advisory: Partner with regional and local leadership to align compensation and reward strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Compensation Cycle Management: Lead all key annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus processes, and promotions, ensuring flawless execution across multiple jurisdictions.
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth analysis to ensure the firm’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and sustainable in all markets.
- Policy & Program Development: Formulate, implement, and enhance HR policies and reward programs (e.g., recognition, retention) tailored to regional needs.
- Regional Support: Act as a primary APAC point of contact for global People initiatives. Provide guidance and support to local HR Managers to ensure consistent application of the people strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to roll out regional benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring alignment with the firm's global vision.
- HRIS & Analytics: Support HRIS initiatives (Workday) and leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in a strategic Compensation & Benefits role with APAC-wide responsibility.
- Background in a top-tier law firm, professional services, or management consulting environment is highly preferred.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading annual compensation and bonus review cycles.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday.
