A leading capital markets and investment group with a strong presence in the Greater China is seeking a legal professional to provide comprehensive transaction and legal support for its investment activities.

about the job.

• Provide legal support for transactions across Hong Kong and Mainland China, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
• Manage various transaction-related tasks such as NDAs, engagement letters, corporate resolutions, and assisting with KYC/AML checks.
• Offer general in-house legal advice to business units, manage fund-related matters, and provide support on other complex issues

skills & experiences required.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience with expertise in negotiating deal documentation and commercial agreements.
• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong or Mainland China, or Paralegals with the right experience will also be considered
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
