- Draft and review a wide range of transactional documentation and general corporate contracts.
- Provide expert legal and risk advice to senior management and internal departments, offering practical solutions to daily operational issues.
- Coordinate with external parties such as regulators and external counsel, and conduct legal research and internal training on key legal updates.
skills & experiences required.
- A qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification legal experience in Hong Kong or a common law jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated drive and motivation for business building and client relationship development, particularly in corporate services and family trust solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin), with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
