The successful candidate will provide essential legal counsel to their cross-border transactions, structured products business and regulatory advisory matters across Asia and Australia. - Provide legal advice to structured products business, including fixed income, repack and securitisations.
- Draft and review agreements and documents, and conduct research on relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad hoc projects.
skills & experiences required.
- Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of working experience from a law firm or financial institutions.
- Strong advisory experience in areas such as non-contentious regulatory advisory and structured products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior Australian legal experience/qualification is preferred
