- Providing legal advice on complex business matters, including direct investment, asset management, licensed activities e.g., SFC license 1, 4, 6, 9 business
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating internal legal templates and advising on project structure or business plans
- Managing the company's litigation process and keeping the firm updated on relevant laws and regulations.
