* Lead the drafting, vetting, and negotiation of commercial frameworks, including complex vendor partnerships, joint ventures and corporate transactions.
* Provide legal advisory on projects, including M&A activity, corporate financing, corporate governance and structural management.
* Manage the resolution of legal conflicts and oversee external litigation efforts to safeguard the company’s reputation and assets.
* Act as a primary point of contact for external parties and agenciesskills

* Common law qualified with 5+ years of PQE
* Experience in working with international markets in commercial settings
