- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts such as vendor agreements, NDAs, service contracts, and partnership documents.
- Provide timely legal advice on a broad spectrum of commercial, civil, and operational issues, ensuring a balance between risk mitigation and core business objectives.

- Hong Kong qualified lawyer with professional experience of 3+ years PQE
- Solid foundation in civil and commercial law and hands-on experience in corporate litigation or dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on a wide range of complex legal issues and professionally manage external counsel relationships.
