- Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation for business operations
- Oversee contentious matters, coordinate with external counsel, and ensure cost-effective resolution of legal disputes
- Deliver concise management reporting on legal risks to align strategies with organisational objectives
skills & experiences required.
- Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of experience in litigation, regulatory disputes, or related fields
- Proven track record in handling insolvency, employment, or other contentious matters within financial services industry
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
