- Provide legal advice to management, business units, and other internal departments.

skills & experiences required.
- Qualified lawyer with 3-8 years of financial regulation experience from a law firm or in-house role at a securities or investment firm.
- Strong advisory experience in areas such as corporate law, litigation, and financial and securities law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
