* Assist in managing high-value marine insurance disputes

* Working directly with cross divisions to assess liability and financial value at the early stages of a file.
* Conducting deep-dive legal research into maritime statutes, international conventions, and insurance policy wording.
* Managing the disclosure process, including the collection and review of vessel logs, electronic data, and surveyor reports
REQUIREMENTS
* 1 – 2 years Post-Qualified Experience in Shipping, Insurance, or Commercial Litigation
* Familiarity with the Marine Insurance Act
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
* Strong multi-tasking abilities and meeting strict deadlines
