Handling leasing inquiries and conducting property viewings.

Negotiating lease terms and conditions for new lettings and renewals.

Preparing and reviewing lease agreements and related documentation.

Managing day-to-day leasing activities and tenant relations.

Coordinating with property management, contractors, and other departments on matters like property maintenance, fitting-out works, and handover of premises.

Handling tenant complaints and resolving issues.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.

Min. 1-3 years of relevant experience

Candidates with leasing / property management / business development background

Strong in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential. Fluency in Mandarin is a definite advantage.
