- Manage and grow a portfolio of major corporate accounts within the electronics and technology sectors.
- Achieve sales and financial targets through proactive account development and upselling.
- Identify client needs and design customized logistics solutions for high-value tech products.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and provide professional, timely resolutions.
- Lead the conversion of major sales leads and assist with contract renewals.
- Develop mid-to-long-term tactical plans to align with the client’s business goals.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, ideally managing tech or electronics accounts.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex corporate relationships.
