As the Key Account Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales, responsible for maximizing sales volume and profitability with strategic retailers.

• Manage and strengthen high-value relationships with key retailers and modern trade channels.

• Develop and execute comprehensive annual business plans and budgets to meet volume and revenue targets.

• Design and implement channel promotion plans and activities specific to account needs in collaboration with the Marketing team.

• Analyze complex sales data and market trends to identify immediate growth opportunities and inform strategic planning.

• Act as the internal bridge, collaborating closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of commercial objectives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, managing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and preparing comprehensive performance reports and competitive analysis for senior management.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of proven Key Account Management experience within the FMCG sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage complex relationships effectively

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of market insights, competitive activities, and customer preferences.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory,familiar with CRM systems is a plus.

• Candidate with less experiences might be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager.
