You will lead a high-performing IT Operations team collaborating closely with regional IT support, development, security, and infrastructure engineering teams across Hong Kong, Singapore, and international offices. - Direct day-to-day IT operational delivery, safeguarding SLAs for incident, problem, and change management.
- Chair the Change Approval Board (CAB) to review risks, validate change procedures, and enforce clear communication and rollback plans.
- Lead post-incident reviews for major operational disruptions, implementing long-term prevention strategies and measurable mitigations.
- Design and deploy automation workflows (e.g., Power Automate, n8n) to streamline IT service delivery and eliminate manual toil.
- Build dynamic service health and capacity dashboards using Grafana, leveraging monitoring telemetry to address issues proactively.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members through regular 1-on-1s, technical guidance, and structured growth milestones.
- Drive vendor performance, conducting regular service reviews, managing SLAs, and optimizing licensing and operational costs.
- Educate end-users on Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and promote self-service channels to minimize ticket volumes.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Operations leadership or supervisory role with proven service improvement achievements.
- Strong track record running Incident, Problem, and Change Management functions, including Change Approval Board (CAB) execution.
- Hands-on experience with process automation tools (Power Automate, n8n) and operational dashboards (Grafana, telemetry monitoring).
- Demonstrated capability in team coaching, talent development, and vendor performance management.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with clear composure under high pressure.
- ITIL certifications, asset/endpoint management experience (Intune, Desktop Central), or M365 administrative knowledge is highly desirable.
