Our client is seeking a skilled IT support professional. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines, tackling a wide range of customer issues and making a real impact by helping businesses run smoothly. about the job.
- Be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with a range of issues through various channels like email, phone, and chat.
- Play a hands-on role in helping customers seamlessly integrate their platforms with the company's payment gateway using its API.
- Actively participate in the manual testing of new integrations to ensure every connection works flawlessly for partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external third parties to quickly resolve complex issues and guarantee a smooth and reliable transaction process for all clients.
skills & experiences required.
- Associate Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.discipline is preferred.
- 1 year or above experience in technical support and customer service.
- Good understanding of supporting online digital platform and basic API integration
- With an ability to analyze and interpret technical data and logs
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively support a global client base.
- Fluency in English speaking with a valid HK work permit is required, and proficiency in any additional languages such as Chinese would be an advantage.
- This role requires flexibility to work in a shift system:
- Monday - Sunday (5-day work week)
- 6am-3pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm (No night shifts)
