- Act as the primary point of contact for front-line IT inquiries via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone.
- Execute user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding) and access control via Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Microsoft 365 suite, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Intune device management.
- Monitor and maintain physical servers, network connectivity, and peripheral hardware to ensure zero business disruption.
- Maintain rigorous hardware and software inventories to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Assist in the rollout of new system implementations and enterprise-wide technical upgrades.
- Strictly enforce IT security protocols to safeguard sensitive organisational data.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a corporate IT support environment.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune) and Windows Desktop environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of ownership and a team-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is essential for user communication.
