Provide IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, audio devices, and other hardware.
Manage user accounts in M365, LAN, and mobile devices, etc.
Collaborate with the rest of the IT team to resolve technical problems and escalate issues when necessary.
Set up new workstations and assist with software installations for existing/new employees.
Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

skills & experiences required.

Associate degree or above in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or relevant roles.
Strong understanding of using a ticketing system for managing and solving IT support requests.
Good understanding of hardware (such as laptops and mobile devices) and software installation via SCCM.
Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, desktop administration, and Microsoft Office.
Solid experience in operating systems like Windows, iOS, and Android.
Good communication skills and manner, as well as good problem-solving skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English; and currently an existing Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must.
Open-minded and willing to learn and pick up new technologies if needed
