skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional IT environment.
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Expertise such as Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams (collaboration, voice, and instant messaging), SharePoint Online, Security and Compliance, and Endpoint Management.
- Proven ability to support and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues in alignment with enterprise best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
