- Lead and deliver complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery within budget.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, reporting.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure programme success.
- Produce documentation, including project proposals, business cases, status reports, and post-implementation reviews, to support decision-making and governance.
- Work as one of the leader in IT department to manage one of the project management team, including subordinates, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Involve in the implementation of IT infrastructure solutions across multiple domains, ensuring integration and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, to drive project alignment and consensus.
- Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring suborfinates, project teams or vendets and promoting best practices in project delivery.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of successfully managing enterpriese-level/ large scale IT infrastructure project, resources, and change management.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT, with a well-rounded knowledge of IT infrastructure, including but not limited to workplace technologies, cloud services, data centers, networks, servers, storage, firewalls, backup solutions, etc.
- Experience managing and motivating diverse project teams, including direct reports, engineering teams, and 3rd party vendors.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering muliple complex projects. Proficient in both Chinese and English speaking, and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit is a must.
- Strong business sense and ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, effectively translating technical ideas into simple language in a multicultural environement.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP) with relevant certification would be advantageous.
