Oversee end-to-end system implementation, including architecture design, testing, deployment, and 24/7 post-go-live support for mission-critical IT platforms.
Drive long-term IT initiatives focusing on cloud-native solutions, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies to improve operational workflows.
Manage complex vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics while ensuring alignment and timely delivery of services.
Spearhead the integration of microservices, APIs, and low-code platforms like PowerApps to streamline processes.

skills & experiences required.

Recognised university degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
8–12 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery and large-scale system support.
Experience in Physical Security domains, Metering Infrastructure and Meter Data Management Systems and/or Outage Planning, Notification Systems, and Enterprise Data Historians.
Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and implementations across different cloud models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
Hands-on knowledge in technologies including .NET, JavaScript, PowerShell, T-SQL, and RDBMS (MSSQL/PostgreSQL).
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Alibaba Cloud.
Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable for metering domains.
