Partner with Group Executive Management to design and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with long-term business goals.
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT systems, including POS, CRM, e-commerce platforms, networking, and unified communications.
Lead and mentor IT staff across multiple regions, providing clear KPIs, technical direction, and professional development.
Manage the implementation of new technologies and enterprise architecture to enhance operational productivity and security.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users, facilitating smooth transitions during system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of infrastructure and security projects.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
8+ years systems and network administration experience with leading a team experience.
Practical knowledgeable with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and/or XML.
Proficiency in vSphere, Windows Server, and Linux administration.
Proven track record in designing and maintaining robust enterprise-level infrastructure and security protocols.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet strict deadlines.
Capable of translating complex business problems into elegant technical solutions.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
