- Maintain the integrity of technical platform, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and robust standards
- Manage resources through regular monitoring, fault detection, performance tuning, and backup/recovery procedures
- Provide friendly and responsive Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, resolving hardware and software issues while keeping stakeholders updated on ticket status
- Offer direct technical support for core infrastructure including Office 365, VMware, and Linux environments
- Ensure accurate tracking of issues by promptly updating job status n the ticketing and activity logging system
- Act as a reliable bridge between users and the IT manager, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
- Prior programming experience or an understanding of programming languages is highly advantageous
- Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
