Manage and maintain robust multi-platform environment, including Microsoft Windows, VMware/Sangfor, Firewalls, and Linux systems
Act as the first line of defence by performing regular virus checks, deploying Microsoft security patches, and managing use access rights and profiles
Take ownership of server health by conducting periodic log checks and rigorously monitoring backup schedules to ensure data integrity
Lead the installation and configuration of desktop and laptop hardware, ensuring all equipment meets corporate It standards
Maintain a health IT ecosystem by conducting routine software license checks, PC audits, and system health reviews
Place a crucial role in business continuity by preparing for and executing annual Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, including image restoration and network setup
Provide reliable support, including occasional on-call or offsite duties outside regular hours, to meet critical business needs

skills & experiences required.

Higher Diploma (HKQF Level 4) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Database, or Security
Strong proficiency in the installation and maintenance of mainstream operating systems and tools, specifically Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware, Veeam Backup, and MS Exchange
Solid understanding of basic networking principles and firewall management
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex data, identify core technical issues, and recommend effective solutions
A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects with the motivation to work independently and manage time effectively
