• Contribute to risk assessments, audit planning, and reporting for the region and Group Head Office.
• Support special projects, including company integrations and process harmonization across Asia.
• Apply risk-based audit methodologies in engagements covering insurance, investment, and technology/digital areas, while preparing clear, impactful audit documentation and reports that highlight findings, risks, and agreed management actions.
• Drive simplification and innovation in audit processes by leveraging Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance efficiency and ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Support regional data analytics initiatives to elevate the quality and efficiency of audit deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science (Information Systems), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 7-8 years of audit experience, ideally within insurance, financial services, professional firms, or multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard audit methodologies and frameworks, with proven ability to manage audits from start to finish.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English, and the ability to articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach, capable of deeply assessing challenges and implementing effective solutions.
