The team is focused on working with both SMB's and enterprise clients in the region, helping them get paid globally with fast, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
about the job.As an Inside Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying to closing deals with clients. You’ll hunt for and manage a sales pipeline of potential customers, navigating them through the platform and onboarding process. A key part of your role will be using a consultative sales approach to understand our clients' particular business needs and better position their value proposition. You will be tasked with upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value - collaborating with different support teams as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
skills & experiences required.
2-4 years of experience in consultative sales, ideally within the fintech or e-commerce industries.
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent business communication skills.
History of successful negotiations with key stakeholders.
Skilled at managing the internal processes required to get clients onboarded.
Understanding of how to advocate for clients within your organization.
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
