- Conduct proactive outbound calls to both existing and potential corporate clients to sell electrical appliance products and secure service contract renewals.
- Achieve and maintain monthly sales targets consistently.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to ensure continued business expansion.
- Support the telesales operation and manage necessary daily administrative tasks.
- Secondary school education (Form 5 or equivalent) or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Telesales, Call Centre operations, or Telemarketing.
- Driven by results and possesses the persistence required to meet sales goals.
- Self-starter with a positive and motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in both spoken English and Cantonese.
- Prior knowledge in account management is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
