Strategic Vision: Lead the formulation and delivery of bank-wide regional 5-year and 10-year strategic roadmaps.
Executive Advisory: Act as a high-level partner to senior leadership, translating long-term objectives into actionable business transformations.
Project Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for high-priority strategic modules and complex cross-functional workstreams.

skills & experiences required.
Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience in management consulting (MBB or Tier 1 strategy firms) or a high-level in-house strategy role.
Industry Knowledge: Significant exposure to the Banking and Financial Services industry is highly desirable.
Analytical Prowess: Expert-level problem-structuring and issue-analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into 10-year vision narratives.
Interpersonal Skills: High emotional and situational intelligence, capable of building trust and managing conflict at a senior stakeholder level.
