Serve as the escalation point for complex L2 incidents related to the M365 suite, managing, maintaining, and securing core services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Licensing.
Administer and monitor cloud resources in Azure, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, and Backup/DR solutions.
Manage and secure Azure Active Directory, including users, groups, conditional access, and Multi-Factor Authentication within a hybrid or cloud-only environment.
Resolve complex system and application issues escalated from L1 support, focusing on root cause analysis and implementing preventative solutions.
Execute scheduled maintenance, patching, updates, and monitoring on core infrastructure components to ensure high availability and security compliance.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Administration at an L2 level
Administrative experience with core M365 services and security/compliance features
Strong practical experience with Azure IaaS (Compute, Networking, Storage, Backup)
Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP in on-premises and hybrid cloud setups.
Prior experience with other Microsoft systems such as Intune (Endpoint Manager), Microsoft Defender Suite, or Windows Server Administration is highly advantageous
Proven ability to troubleshoot systematically, strong communication for inter-team collaboration, and excellent documentation skills
