As a Human Resources Officer, you’ll play an important role in supporting the company’s talent acquisition efforts and partnering closely with business units on day-to-day HR matters.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for frontline and office-based roles, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management
- Act as a business partner to hiring managers, advising on headcount planning and staffing needs
- Support staff engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, and internal HR campaigns
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Assist in HR analytics, reporting, and maintaining employee data in HR systems
- Participate in employer branding and university outreach activities
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS systems
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
