A leading player in the logistics and supply chain industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join their Hong Kong HR team. This role supports both frontline and office staff, and is ideal for candidates who enjoy operational efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and steady career growth in a multinational setting.

- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview arrangements, and offer preparation
- Facilitate employee onboarding & offboarding; maintain accurate personnel records and documentation
- Assist in HR system updates, data input, and generation of standard reports
- Support internal communication, employee engagement activities, and HR events
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of employee movements and HR inquiries
- Provide general HR administrative support and participate in ad hoc HR projects as needed
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma or degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a large-scale or fast-paced organisation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-minded and team-oriented
- Familiar with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin preferred)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
