- Act as the primary coordinator for all HR system implementation activities between external vendors and internal project teams.
- Document legacy HCM processes and data structures (including hire, transfer, termination, leave, time, and payroll fields) to facilitate a seamless transition to the new system.
- Coordinate end-to-end data cleansing, review field mappings, and validate migration results across modules.
- Support the design and execution of structured test cycles, including complex payroll and system integration scenarios.
- Coordinate HR and payroll testers, ensuring defects are clearly logged, tracked, and resolved with the vendor.
- Validate functional integrations between HRIS, payroll, finance, and access control platforms from a practical business perspective.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams on cut-over plans, including blackout periods, parallel runs, first payroll cycles, and rollback procedures.
- Deliver clear, structured status reports, meeting summaries, and actionable recommendations to project managers and senior stakeholders.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Information System (HRIS) coordination, analysis, or implementation.
- Strong domain knowledge of complex payroll environments and how HR systems support payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Proven track record in HR data migration and system integrations, preferably transitioning to modern cloud-based HRM platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong comfort using data mapping templates and complex reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong stakeholder management capability.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple project tracks, issues, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, focused on clarifying requirements and facilitating effective solutions.
