- Manage full-cycle, end-to-end payroll for permanent employees and casual labor.
- Monitor rosters and attendance records to ensure accurate calculation of overtime, shift allowances, and statutory holiday pay.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle the full lifecycle of staff movement, including onboarding, off-boarding, and contract renewals for temporary staff.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless reconciliation of payroll data.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR and Payroll experience, preferably within the Hospitality, Catering, Retail, or Event Management sectors.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Law and MPF schemes; experience with casual/industry-specific schemes is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume data with 100% accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Professional fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory.
