Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Manage all compensation and benefits operations, including payroll, local social security fund administration, tax, and employee benefits programs.
Champion a positive and engaging work culture by handling employee relations, addressing inquiries, and organizing staff activities.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with local labour laws and relevant industry regulations.
Prepare and analyze HR reports on key metrics to support data-driven management decisions.
Provide administrative support and coordinate with vendors for daily office operations.
Support key HR projects, including performance management and learning & development initiatives.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist.
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations in the region is a significant advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
