About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Department Head, you will be the principal strategic leader, driving organizational effectiveness and cultivating a high-performance culture across our multi-site structure. Your contribution will be defined by strategic impact, senior influence, and operational excellence.
Lead and mentor the HR Business Partner team to provide integrated, high-impact HR solutions, driving a performance-oriented culture.
Act as the key advisor on optimal organizational design. Oversee headcount planning and HR budgetary controls to ensure resources are aligned with evolving business needs.
Cultivate and manage relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, serving as a credible, trusted consultant to effectively influence and drive strategic HR agendas.
Design and execute high-level Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategies to attract, develop, and retain the best talent globally. Implement frameworks that foster top-tier performance and continuous development.
Drive and lead initiatives that significantly elevate staff engagement and the overall workplace experience.
Ensure rigorous compliance with all local labour legislation and internal policies.
What you'll need:
A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership position
Demonstrated experience managing HR strategy and operations within an organisation of a mid-to-large employee size and complexity.
Hands-on expertise as a Strategic HR Business Partner, specifically with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Staff Engagement.
Prior experience in leading special HR projects are a plus
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives.
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
